How we get there. . .
We are commited to providing our athletes instruction from established coaches who are experienced in all aspects of the game and uphold our values. Our teams enjoy up to 5 hours of practice per week, and participate in additional skills sessions that target the mechanics of their specific position on the team. We also provide weekly strength and conditioning training at no extra cost.
At TCE we believe that our players are more than just athletes or students and take a whole person approach to training. Our players will receive guidance on how to fuel their bodies for competition days, and recovery days from a registered sports dietician, as well as mental health support and education.
