This year we are working with Everfit for our Strength and Conditioning Program. Everfit allows players to access workouts from anywhere without compromising proper instruction. Through the app, players have access to assigned workouts tailored to their needs by an American College of SPorts Medicine certified trainer. These workouts will be approximately 20 minutes in length and will focus on strength, agility, mobility, vertical training and endurance. These workouts are tracked on the app by the coaches and by the Program Director.
Players are asked to complete two (2) workouts per week in order to remain competition eligible. Depending on the team’s workload in a given week, some conditioning may be incorporated into practices, and those sessions will count as one of the required weekly workouts. If a workout is not completed during practice in a given week, the athlete will be expected to complete that workout at home.
