Each year we end our Club Season with a Parent and Player survey. The answers are anonymous so parents and players are free to say how they really feel about their time with TCE.

"My player continues to work on "not being as hard on herself," and that was noted by both coaches throughout the season. They gave some pointers for her to try different strategies to improve her self confidence as a volleyball player. It is more when she makes a mistake she can be really hard on herself, especially when serving or on serve receive. Throughout the season the coaches, my player and we worked with her to let the last play/point go and to not let it affect her present and future game play.
