Arianna Serreyn
Arianna's volleyball career started in 7th grade and she played through her freshman year of college. She played as DS/Libero for Tartan HS, Tartan Juniors Volleyball, Woodbury Athletic Association and University of Wisconsin River Falls before retiring as a player. Her coaching career began in 2021 and she has found her sweet spot with the 13U-14U age group. Coach Ari believes that mental health is extremely important when it comes to balancing sports, school, family and social life and enjoys having a role that allows her to teach young athletes how to care for the whole person. As a coach, she prioritizes learning about the school and home lives of her players "..it really helps cultivate chemistry on the court which leads to great teamwork and friendships."
Ashlee Diehl
Ashlee played both high school and club volleyball and began coaching in college. She started as an assistant coach with her mom's club team during her winter break and has been coaching for 8 years now.
Ashlee says her ultimate goal is to empower players to reach their full potential.
Caileigh Horen
Caileigh joins us as a coach after playing for six years both in club and school programs. Her superpower is rotations, and her role as a sophomore in H.S. uniquely positions her to understand our student athletes' experience and advocate for them. When asked how she felt about entering the coaching arena, Caileigh stated "I can't wait for this club season to start, and I am excited to get started on my career as a coach!"
Emily Monahan
Emily is originally from Duluth, MN but moved to Minneapolis to attend the U of M and works as a Dental Hygienist.
Emily comes to coaching with 10 years of experience as a player; 4 years on her HS Varsity Team, 8 years with a nationals club team and 2 years with the U of M club team. Her deep passion and respect for the game, and extensive experience in both HS and club volleyball makes Emily a huge asset to our program.
Hannah Dinnis
Hannah's volleyball career started as a child and followed her through her time at Chanhassen High School as well as Club for Chanhassen High and Minnesota Select.
Hannah brings a Degree in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa State and 2 years as a High School Coach with her to TCE. Her passion for the game, and her community are exactly what our program needs.
Melody Kongdara
Melody's love for the game started in 4th grade and she's been working hard at honing her skills since. Her club volleyball career started in 7th grade and started coaching boys' volleyball during her Junior and Senior years of High School.
Melody enjoys sharinging her experience and helping others grow in the sport.
Noah Carpio
Noah's Volleyball career started with Twin Cities Academy in 8th grade as an outside hitter. Noah's dedication to the game brought him to coaching.
Now, as a coach, Noah hopes to share the same joy and excitement he has for the sport with his team. Noah's speciality is offensive strategies such as strong serves, smart plays and attacking. "Offense is a key part of winning games, and I aim to help my players become more confident and aggressive on the court."
Samara Jones
Samara understands hustle! As a dual athlete excelling in both track and volleyball, her volleyball career lasted 9 years before opting to attend Concordia University on a track scholarship. But volleyball stayed in her heart, and that brought her to coaching. Samara joins TCE for her third year as an Assistant Coach with aspirations to make the jump to Head Coach next season. Her favorite part of the job? "seeing the girls accomplish things they thought they never could. It is the best feeling in the world to see them succeed and grow into the best athlete they can be."
Sahtyn Lee
Sahtyn’s volleyball career started in 4th grade back in her home state of Iowa. She moved to Minnesota in 2017 and joined the Varsity team with HCPA in 7th and 8th grade before playing for Tartan during her High School career and spent her senior club season with Impact Volleyball. After graduation, Sahtyn attended Century College where she earned herself a position with their Women’s Volleyball team as a walk on.
Since retiring, Sahtyn has found her new passion and love for the sport as a coach at Twin Cities Elite. Coach Sahtyn’s goal is to build her players confidence on and off the court & making sure they are ultimately having fun while playing at a high level. She also prioritizes mental health as a coach and athlete. With over 10 years of experience she has many things to teach young athletes and is excited to learn from her players as well.
