A Note about 2025 Competitive Team Season Fees

Our organization is a nonprofit, and relies heavily on fundraising to cover our expenses. Season fees are re-examined each season and contribute to the expense of gym time for practices, uniforms, tournament registrations, coaches' salaries, JVA Membership and insurance for the club. Traditionally we charge 70% of the seasons expenses to our players and rely on fundraisers to cover the remaining expense. Unfortunately we are unable to continue this method. Season fees this season cover our team related operating fees only, with a $5.00 buffer. We understand this jump in season fees may make it harder for players to afford the full amount at the top of the season. In an effort to alleviate that strain, we are offering monthly payments for every player. Please review the payment options below to determine what option is best for your family.

All players will have access to Health and Wellness programs, and the opportunity to attend any guest speakers, coaches or events hosted by TCE. Additionally, each player will be asked to participate in all fundraising events during their season.

Season fees are due in full at tryouts, and we offer two easy payment options:

Payment in Full via card or check at tryouts.
Payment by check in two installments: the first check must be cashable immediately, and the second check cashable as of February 1, 2025. Both checks must be turned in at tryouts.
Monthly payments (12U-18U Competitive only): $241.68/month for six months due between the 1st and 15th of each month. The first payment will be due upon accepting a spot on a team at Tryouts. We feel strongly that finances should not be the reason a player is unable to participate in the sport they love, so we have financial payment plans available for those who may need them.
