We believe that the organization is at it's best when it is run by people who's players are active in the club, as they have a deep understanding of the experience others will have, however anyone with a desire to offer a great volleyball experience to our community is encouraged to apply.
All positions are remote, and can be done during the hours that best fit your schedule. We require each applicant to have access to a personal computer and phone, with the ability to join virtual meetings. Each position will be provided a Google Workspace account which will include email, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc. and a Google Voice phone number if necessary.
Contracted positions are paid positions that require a W-9 on file for each person.
Employee positions are traditional W-4 positions with an hourly pay rate.

Volunteer Coordinator: Each season we host several all day tournaments that require a full staff of volunteers. This person serves as the point person for our volunteers; managing shift sign up, check in and tracking fullfillment of volunteer hours for both parents and players. Additionally, all communication between the organization and volunteers would go through our VC. This position can be done remotely, and can be done as it fits your schedule.
This position is seasonal and is most active from December - April with a time commitment of 15-25 hours per season.
Compensation: $300.00 for the season. *Position is filled for 2024-25 Season*
Concessions Manager: Our concessions stand is one of our biggest fundraising efforts of the season, and offers many items for sale at each tournament we host. This position would work directly with the President of the organization to develop our concessions plan for the season, shop for supplies, manage inventory, and work with outside vendors to place orders for hot food items for each tournament. Concessions Manager will work with our Volunteer Coordinator to schedule volunteer staff, and will oversee the concessions stand volunteers at each tournament. Applicant would preferrably have access to a vehicle to help move equipment, and the ability to lift items over 15lbs, push/pull carts, load and unload inventory and equipment. Ability to do quick cash math, and work with square readers/ipads is required.
This position is seasonal and is most active over our tournament dates in January (1 Date), February (1 Date) and April (2 dates)
This is a contracted position that pays $500.00 for the season. *Position is filled for 2024-25 season*
Fundraising Coordinator: This position would take over running our existing fundraisers (car wash cards, popcorn sales, etc.) as well as our brand new sponsorship program while working to cultivate new and exciting ways for our club to raise funds. While this position is remote, it will require availability during the work week in order to connect with other business owners and staff.
This position is commission only, with pay ranging from 5-20% of each donation secured.
Annual commitment.

Assistant Coach: The Assistant Coach is responsible for aiding the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, recruiting athletes, scheduling, creating practice plans, player development and engagement opportunities. Assistant Coaches are asked to participate in all program related events such as health and wellness seminars, guest speakers, or fundraising events.
Onboarding starts in September, and tryouts will take place in October and November with practices starting just after Thanksgiving. The full season runs through April.

Head Coach: Our Coaches are the heart of our program! Without a positive, engaged and motivated coaching staff our program cannot thrive. Our Head Coaches are tasked with promoting an appreciation for the sport of volleyball and overall fitness while embodying the mission of the program. Head Coaches will create their own practice plans, select rotations and positions for their players as well as provide supervision and leadership during practices and tournaments. We also ask our coaches to participate in any program related events such as health and wellness seminars, guest speakers, or guest coaching events.
Onboarding starts in September, tryouts will take place in October and November and our practices start after Thanksgiving and run through April.
