Summer League

2026 SEASON DETAILS

• Open to players in grades 5- 9  

• Teams will range from beginner to elite, and each player that registers will be placed on a team that best suits their current skill level. 

• Season runs June 22rd - August 6th

• Tryouts/Player Evaluation on Monday, June 22, 2026. 6:00pm-8:30pm

  • Tryout Fee: $25.00 (non refundable)

• Practices: Mondays 6:30pm -8:30pm

• Practices will be held at Carver Gym: 2680 Upper Afton Road, Maplewood, MN 55119

• All teams will have 5 competition dates at various locations around the metro area (M1 Volleyball Center, MNSelect Event Center, Kokoro Gym, Crossfire Gym. Locations will be determined by the Twin Cities Summer League Director.)

• Season Fee: $500

Season fees are due upon accepting a place on a team. Split payments are available, and must be agreed to prior to arriving for tryouts on June 22rd. All multi payment plans will require post dated checks or automatic credit card payments and a signed contract. Payment plans must be paid in full by August 1, 2025. Please email CTelin@Twincitieselitevb.com for more options. We are not able to offer scholarships for Summer League. 

Uniforms: Each player will be given a league approved jersey and program T-Shirt. Players are responsible for providing their own spandex, knee pads, socks and court shoes. 

If your player did not play for TCE in the 2024-25 season, please make sure to fill out the JVA waivers prior to June 23, 2025. Forms can be completed online, or by paper copy.

To complete Waivers via online please be sure to follow these steps to ensure your waivers are routed to our program.

Fundraising Requirements

Team Fundraiser: All players will be asked to participate in fundraising. Summer League hosts a team fundraiser that utilizes on online store to sell products to friends and family Depending on the item delivery of the products may be required. These fundraisers take place over two weeks during the season, and each player will utilize an online store with a link to share with family members. Each player will have a required minimum amount of items to sell, this is typically 10 items but the specific amount will be communicated prior to the start of the fundraiser. 

Opt Out: If you would like to opt out of participating in this fundraiser, you can submit a one time donation to the program. This opt out fee is the equivelent to the profit TCE would receive if your player met their selling minimum. This amount is typically around $70 but may range from $60 - $100. 

Community Fundraiser: TCE will host one community fundraiser during Summer League at a local restaurant that donates dine in and takeout proceeds to the program. Players are asked to participate in this fundraiser by sharing the flyer with friends and family, and attending the dine in/takeout event themselves if possible. This event is also a great team bonding opportunity for our athletes.
