TCE utilizes a two day evaluation process for each age group. We believe this allows our coaches to complete a more comprehensive evaluation of each player, while taking some of the pressure off players to "get it right" on day one. Extended evaluation periods allow coaches to observe players in multiple settings, and in different groupings to get a better idea of team chemistry, which we believe will lead to more appropriate team placements. 

While skills are important, Twin Cities Elite also looks for players that are coachable, exhibit a willingness to learn and try new things to improve their volleyball skills, as well as project a positive attitude that encourages camaraderie on their team.
