Pick Up Details

Pick Up on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the end of skills in the cafeteria.

Parents must come into the building to pick up their order. 

Please plan to review your items in your order to confirm it is correct. 

Parents will be asked to sign off on their order prior to leaving the building.

Orders cannot be held, if you are unable to pick up your order, please designate another adult to receive your order on your behalf. Email the name, phone number and email address of your pick up proxy to Alana St. Cyr by the end of the day on April 14th. AStCyr@twincitieselitevb.com. 

• Dates: The fundraiser is live from March 4th - March 25th. 

  • All forms and funds will be collected at skills on March 25th.  *Late orders will not be accepted.*

• Pick Up Date: April 15th at Skills: butter braids will stay frozen for 3 hours, we recommend bringing a cooler with you to pick up. *we cannot hold orders. If you need help arranging pick up please contact the office at least 4 days in advance to plan accordingly.*

• Each player is required to sell a minimum of 10 Butter Braids.

• Players may "opt out" of the fundraiser by providing a donation of $64.00

• All checks must be made out to Twin Cities Elite Volleyball.

• Our Top selling team will win a pizza party!
